I can't help but feel like these two cities share a lot in common despite also being very different. Both have similarly sized metro populations, both are located near mountains. However both are on opposite ends of the country. I'm wondering which is better overall, some criteria to consider.
1. Downtown
2. Walkability
3. Location
4. Climate
5. Scenery
6. Architecture
7. Transportation (Car and Public)
8. Suburbs
9. Bars/Restaurants
10. Recreational Activities
11. Economy
12. Where would you rather live?
I lived in Greenville for a couple years and also lived i Idaho for 3 years though not in Boise but familiar with Boise and this is a tough one for me. Here's my thoughts:
1. Downtown - Greenville
2. Walkability - Greenville
3. Location - Boise (family in Seattle)
4. Climate - Greenville slightly
5. Scenery - Greenville
6. Architecture - Greenville
7. Transportation - Boise
8. Suburbs - Boise
9. Bars/Restaurants - Greenville
10. Recreational activities - Boise
11. Economy - Boise
12. Where would I rather live - Greenville slightly
I went Greenville in 7 of the 12 but I could also see myself living in Boise.
