Shopping: SJ, of course: Valley Fair, Santana Row and Stanford

Downtown: judgement call, tie

Transportation: your call SJ: light rail and Bart Denver: light rail

Wealth: SJ

Sport facilities: SJ: SAP Center, Levi's and Avaya Denver: Pepsi arena, Rocky Mountain Stadium and football stadium; Denver

Airport: Denver has much larger and busier airport. Goes to Denver

Denver is the better city but I’d rather live in San Jose because it’s in the Bay Area.
