lol. Well it is subjective and my opinion but when I lived in the area years ago Baltimore definitively had its own feel separate from D.C but it seems lately some of the new development cues, entertainment and shopping options are what D.C. already has.Its just my opinion but its what I feel.

Pittsburgh by a little, but honestly, the two cities are fairly comparable in many ways.
