Which of these respective sunbelt cities are developing the more balanced midtown (attractions, amenities, transportation, etc.) based off current developments (employment, housing, amenities, etc.)?

I was just in Nashville. Which part is Midtown? I need pics.
I will say the street in front of the titan’s stadium is faster than any 1 particular part of Atlanta, it feels like a side street of a northern city. Don’t know how close midtown is to that point, but if they keep building out. Nashville will be the next up and coming city.

Neither for transportation, despite Midtown Atlanta's three heavy rail subway stations?
I think I remember seeing that in Nashville and asking ppl in the Nashville thread what that area was, there’s a gap between it and downtown. Probably Atlanta. But Nash has lots of potential.
