I’d pickAtlanta because I wouldn’t mind living in the decent areas of the SWATS, most being OTP, but still the city limits of Atlanta. But I don’t think most ppl on this board would find that appealing. If this was including the burbs, then Atlanta is the no-brainer here.

Houston city limits contain a 3rd of its population, I think it is better candidate here because of land mass alone. Maybe Dallas, but even that is multi-nodal metro, with a lot more technical *suburban* activity.
