Downtown Atlanta easily triumphs Uptown. Midtown is about neck and neck, with a slight edge to Uptown.
I wouldn't say easily at this point. In the 90s, easily... now, still Atlanta, but Charlotte has made some significant strides.

At this point in time, I have to go with Uptown Charlotte. The recent additions have been dramatic and impressive, I'm proud of Charlotte.

Midtown has been impressive for years, but nothing dramatic as far as height has happened lately. What has happened is that Midtown is awash with new 20-something storey apartment, and increasingly office buildings. The density and pedestrian activity has increased to levels unimaginable in the recent past.

Midtown may be "secondary" chronologically but it's getting the bulk of new construction and the city's tallest is in Midtown also.
Nooo. Don’t do that, Mutiny. Let’s just let the BOA be a neutral scraper lol.

This 53 story will be changing that soon. I also hope with the rebirth of colony square we get more buildings in that area.

Don't hold your breath on this one, I seriously doubt this is ever happening.

I like the vibrancy and energy of midtown Atlanta. It edges Uptown Charlotte.

Atlanta feels more dynamic. Uptown Charlotte is beautiful and growing, but feels less vibrant and energetic.

Midtown Atlanta on this one.
