A good indication of who's not attracting immigrants. Much of the midwest along with Philly and Baltimore clearly struggling there, and historically all these places built their economies on domestic trade.

Can't speak for the other cities, but that's not true for Philly. Philly's immigrant attraction is par, not bad, but not extremely well.

I wonder what that list would look like if including island born Puerto Ricans coming over stateside because they are "immigrants" in a sense, although technically not immigrants because PR is a U.S territory.
