It's good that testing is ramping up (at least in NY), but I'm not sure how meaningful the data is considering the criteria for being permitted to test is so different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. In some places, you can do a drive up test (free of charge?). In other places, you need to be coughing a lung out, and even then you STILL might not be tested. Are we comparing apples and apples when some states test any and everyone while others will only test individuals who are symptomatic?
