Sacramento by a long shot. (Sacramenno- natives pronunciation)

I absolutely love Montreal (Mo-ree-al - the French pronunciation) so that’s cool that Ottawa is 2 hours away.

My ex-roommate was born and raised in Ottawa, and moved to Sacramento 10 years or so ago. He still loves Sacramento, and he has no desire to move back to Ottawa.

Minor quibble, but it actually sounds more like "mo(n)-RAY-al" in French.
