I would have said Toronto, but after watching this i am not so sure. I have been to jackson heights and from what I remember I saw a lot of Latinos. Don't remember seeing Indians but they are clearly there. Cool videos.
Another Indian/South Asian neighbors that deserves a mention is the parx ec area of Montreal.

I think Brampton gets a nod for being almost exclusively Indian, whereas Jackson Heights and other Little Indias that have been mentioned in this thread, like Chicago, tend to be more of a mix of groups. Brampton (and Surrey) may not be conventional urban enclaves like the others, but percentage wise they beat anywhere in the United States in Indian population - including Edison, NJ, which although it is about ~1/3 Indian is significantly smaller than the Canadian cities.

True. Based on friends who are more familiar with Chicago's "Little India," I have heard that it could also be considered "Little Pakistan" based on the large Pakistani presence of shops/businesses there as well.
Journal Square in Jersey City is the most dynamic imo, but for the best selection of Indian food/clothes/culture, the sprawly towns around Middlesex County, NJ are the best overall.
