Las Vegas by far in my opinion. I lived and worked in Las Vegas a short-time a while back seemed like a vast majority of the co-workers from one part or another of California. Seems like Las Vegas was not just a magnet for those from LA but also Northern California.
Phoenix has a very huge population of people from all over the Midwest. Seems like half the people I have worked with the time in the area have been from the Midwest.
I think a very large percentage of Las Vegas residents are from Southern California originally and it's only about 3 hours from dense areas of the Inland Empire and about 4 hours to Los Angeles depending on traffic.
Easily Vegas. More people living in Nevada today were born in California than were born in Nevada.
Vegas in particular is California’s playground. It’s not just the Californians that move there but the sheer numbers of Californians visiting Vegas on a daily basis.
Every time I visit Vegas, I feel as if I am in SoCal.
