Hard to compare a residential area to a commercial one, but I'll give Plattsburgh the win because I prefer the lower density and the varied architecture of the neighborhood.
I have to go with Old Town over Olds Town. (I didn't know that Ransom E. Olds got his start in Lansing.) Its buildings hang together better, and the trees make it more pleasant. If I'm not mistaken, you can follow Grand River Avenue from Old Town Lansing all the way to Detroit.
Now, for two of Philly's four very walkable suburban county seats:
State Street (at Veterans Square), Media, the Delaware County seat, one of the few suburbs in the country with a streetcar running down its main shopping street (actually, I think it's the only one other than Shaker Heights, Ohio)
vs.
Gay Street (at High Street), West Chester, the Chester County seat. The 1701 Chester County Court House is one block to the left of this view, at High and Market streets, but Gay Street is the main shopping and entertainment street in West Chester, which is also a college town; West Chester University is about a half mile south of this intersection

Both are nice, but I'll go with West Chester because it just seems like it has a bit more going on.
Looks like Google Maps gave you a shot of DeKalb from 2021, which for some reason looks quite a bit drearier than the 2023 shots. I'm looking at one now. I'll give this narrowly to DeKalb -- although Kent might be a bit more polished, it looks like the downtown fades into residential areas pretty quickly -- it's just one block wide east-west. DeKalb also has a bit more weirdness which I like, such as this plant-themed hair shop (?) and psychedelic tattoo parlor.

I love the Pacific NW - Washington County, OR is gorgeous and close to downtown PDX. Even though it's quite suburban, there is enough 'local' flavor in addition to the convenience of chains.
I will go with West Village Detroit, only looking at these google maps and exploring a couple blocks in each direction. WV Buffalo looks like it has empty storefronts (though pleasing architecture).
Now, the battle of two college towns in the midwest that I have sent money to....
