I think to a lot of people think Va beach/hampton roads/seven cities area as all the same. Which I think it is the second most associated 'city' area outside of Richmond.

Good call. If I were expanding the list I'd add Williamsburg, Roanoke (as has been mentioned), and Charlottesville as cities that would get multiple votes. Maybe even Fairfax too, but that might make the poll too NOVA heavy.
