I've been to both but enjoyed Kansas City more. Loved the zoo. Tulsa or Omaha?
From an outsider, Omaha seems a little more pleasant. I've driven through Tulsa, so my opinion of it is limited. I've never been to Omaha, so I'll choose it.
I'll take Minocqua. I've never been to that part of Wisconsin before. It looks quite interesting based on Google maps.
Long Beach WA or Lockeport Nova Scotia?
WA is one of the most scenic states in the US... but most of its coastline is drab:
just long, flat expanses of sand. Not until up around the Hoh River does the coastline
get interesting (and then it gets magnificent).
So I'd go to Lockeport... on Streetview it looks sleepy,
but it would still be a new place to explore.
I've been to Catalina before and it's beautiful. Very European feeling with decent restaurants and good scuba diving. I'd go back one day, but I've never been to Nantucket, MV or even Cape Cod, so I'd go with Nantucket just for something new and different.

Guam or St. Thomas (USVI)?
I've been to St Thomas, and it is beautiful! I've never been to Guam, and find it fascinating. So I'll choose Guam.
Colorado. I’ve wanted to go to the San Juan mountains for a long time, and Mexico is out of the question right now so it’s an easy choice for me.
Here’s one I’ve been pondering lately. For their aquariums…
Atlanta or Baltimore
I'd pick the one in Atlanta. Since despite that I've been to Atlanta numerous times in the past, I have never visited the aquarium there.
Rockland, ME, or Tofino, BC(Canada)?
