Alot of guess work. The ones that I am pretty certain about are in BLUE.

Economy: Ohio, New York and Michigan

History: New York and Delaware

Culture: Ohio, New York and New Jersey

Cities: Ohio and New York (Michigan or Maryland?)

QOL: Not sure

COL: Not sure but less then parts of the Northeast

Character/Architecture: PA has its own thing but some New York and Maryland (Ohio?)

Topography: New York and West Virginia

Food: Not sure

Education: Not sure

Universities: Mid-Atlantic states

Transportation: New York and New Jersey

Suburbs: New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Maryland

Outdoor recreation: New York and West Virginia

Tourism New York

Most of PA looks like WV and Virginia.
