In the largest cities thread, San Jose won and Phoenix came relatively close. There's too many unidentified cities in the this bracket, so who has the most?
I went with Nashville (Music City), but there are quite a few viable options. Detroit (Motown, auto industry, poster child for urban blight), San Fran, Vegas, Boston, etc. all have pretty strong identities and it was just too hard to choose one.
I think some voters didn't notice San Francisco on the list.
I saw San Francisco and still voted Detroit. The Motor City identity is iconic and hard to beat. I'd probably put San Francisco in second place. Nashville and Albuquerque have a strong identity as well.
DC, Boston, SF, Detroit, Vegas are all tied with honorable mention going to several others.
