I voted both for this one. They are both different but beautiful in their own ways. NC has the Blue Ridge, but NC has the Grand Canyon and Monument Valley. For secondary city I'll have to say Tuscon > Raleigh.
If Samsung lands in Arizona, this will make Arizona (Phoenix Metro - aka The Valley of the Sun) the real silicon valley.
