growth, best cities to move to. Right now I am trying to limit to those three. Just overall, cost of living, vibe, happiness, growth etc. I just need to pick a place...

I am very familiar with Orlando and Raleigh. I lived in Orlando for a while and Raleigh my family lives in now.
Austin I have family in and visited a few times.
In my opinion,
1. Raleigh
2. Austin
3. Orlando
But its also dependent on you.
What do you do for work?
You into nightlife?
Budget? Do you like walkability?
What do you literally do for fun outside?
Got a family?

See, and my opinion would be:
1. Austin
2. Orlando
3. Raleigh
Really need a bit more information.
Nightlife: Orlando is top in my opinion. Multiple great options, from the tourist area including I-Drive, Disney Springs, City Walk, to local hot spots such as Downtown, Winter Park, Baldwin Park, etc.
Walkability: All three are kind of sprawly, but Austin has overall a more cohesive layout and development, and Orlando within its [larger than given credit for here] core is also surprisingly walkable. Raleigh not so much.
Outside: Agreed... What do you like in terms of outdoors? Three different vibes.
Austin, TX: 23.9% city growth since 2010 (29.8% metro growth)
Orlando, FL: 20.6% city growth since 2010 (22.2% metro growth)
Raleigh, NC: 17.4% city growth since 2010 (19.5% metro growth)

Thank you-what makes you score this way? I am pretty interested in this

Raleigh area has more walkable areas, and a more cohesive-vibrant core than Orlando IMHO (Although Raleigh got a lot better since 2019.. where I wasnt crazy about it. But the infill and vibrancy increased dramatically since then. Thank God).
But I think in general, Raleigh is more walkable than Orlando.

You make Orlando sound so cool, but why Austin above it?
