Title says it all. What city of the group would you move to if you were a 100% remote executive, who needs to be close to major airports for business travel (whenever that resumes).
Houston and DFW will have better airport connections.
Houston is the more affordable of the 3, Austin the more expensive.
Being 100% remote traffic is not a major factor.
I would rank them
1. Houston because it is cheapest with the connections
2. DFW is the next cheapest with even more connections
3. Austin least affordable with least connections.
Houston and DFW are also big cities with big city amenities. They are both very diverse and offer way more in terms of variety of offerings such as restaurants and shopping.
Austin is not as diverse as the other two and so will have less in terms of dining and shopping.
I'm biased to American Airlines, so Dallas (Their largest hub, 2nd largest in world) and Austin (A future hub with massive growth) would be higher on my list.
1. Houston - two major airports and have most everything I need here. I also hate American so United factor is better
2. Dallas - also two major airports and most everything I need is there
3. Austin - mid tier airport, fun things to do but lack the diversity, food and shopping of the first two

I'd rank the same way for the same reasons. DFW/Houston may be a tie. Maybe you can check flights to places your likely to travel to and see which airport has the most direct flights for prices you're willing to pay.

The best place would be a nice, quiet suburb of Houston.
