Also you forgot that Southwest Philly especially Elmwood Park, Kingseeing has a huge black immigrant population especially from Liberia, Angola, some from Jamaica as well, and also for NYC Harlem while mostly ADOS black it is home to a growing African immigrant population, and also the South Bronx has a sizable Afro-Latino mostly Dominican/Puerto Rican population.
Also Rogers Park in Chicago has a sizable African Immigrant/Caribbean community in contrast to the mostly domestic born African American population in the South and West Side.

Make that 80. There were already 74 by 2/13 according to CPD report.

Chicago actually went 3 days consecutively without a homicides during 2/14- 2/16, but starting the next day a murder(or multiple) in the daily for the next three-day span. In Philly, it's the same; it was at 62 and then went up to where it is now at 71 after multiple murders in a day or two.

The recent shooting death in Philadelphia in Saturday is ruled self defense and will not be added to the city's 2022 homicide number. But you will not believe what happened in Missouri this weekend!
2 killed and 15 INJURED in a mass shooting in Charleston, MO! A town with only 5,000 residents in the middle of the Bootheel. While at the same time St Louis goes nearly a week without a homicide! I guess STL's gun laws are stricter than MO itself.

I have once calculated the demographics of West Ridge, [East] Rogers Park, Uptown, and Edgewater, and found that a bit over one-third of the black population consist of Africans and Caribbeans.
