Yes, tell us about all the several D-listers compared to the mega stars coming out of LA, NYC, Chi-Town, Houston, etc? LA has a smaller Black population than DC yet has about 50 times as many Black celebrities who are natives.

As an experienced poster here, I have 0 need or desire to go down one of your silly traps of naming off a list of people, from every city. You and everyone here can google either "List of people from Washington DC, or DC metro area" for yourselves if you're uneducated on it. There are as many A-B-C-D-E and F list Black celebrities, athletes, and influencers as there are from any metro area in the country that are from DC/DMV. When NONE of this has to do with who's cities culture has better distinction, or those people would be either heard talking, or recognized from their clothing styles etc. vs another city. Whenever you're able to prove this incorrect then please speak up.

The fact that DC's proven so successful here in it's distinctive, identity of the city (not it's count of superstars) really seems to rile you up. Lmao! We don't even care that much about this, we love the none attention which is the funny part.

Why did the "DC metro club" start Freaknik in Atlanta the "Black Mecca" and not some local Atlantans? Guess that non distinctive Black culture of DC people had no effect on the culture. Lmao!

So nobody on the level of Jay-Z, Beyonce, Kanye, Biggie or Dre? Got it.

I'm actually surprised Hov didn't recognize Wale and Tabi Bonney for the MAJOR contribution they've made to the genre.

And DC steals everything from everybody. I'm sure that Go-Go band is not paying Ashley Simpson royalties

New York, LA and Atlanta can cite hundreds of artists. All DC can do is point to an extra in a video made by a NYC, LA or Atlanta artist. The contributions aren't quite the same.

Oh Rare Essence didn't trip about that Jay-Z steal tho, Snoop came out all the way from LA to make up for it. LA dudes clearly have more decency.
