Come on, we all know it: DC is a French wine, Baltimore is an American beer. They just can't help but be superior, ho-ho-ho-ho!

Cleveland--5
Chicago--8
New York City--10
Bay Area--This is a difficult one because the only city I would live in the bay area is San Francisco--10 all others--3
Los Angeles--4
Colorado Springs/Denver--7
Las Vegas--1
Philadelphia--9
Baltimore/Washington DC area--Another different one. I live in Baltimore but hate all of the sprawl around here. Baltimore--8; DC--9 (better mass transit)

1 being best, 10 least desirable. I have visited these towns during my life, but very thumnail sketch rating because I cannot say I have truly explored these towns or have been to all of them within last 5 years. Based on my feel/vibe of the place

Cleveland-7
Chicago-1
New York City-5
Bay Area-3
Los Angeles-6
Colorado Springs/Denver-2
Las Vegas-8
Philadelphia-9
Baltimore/Washington DC area-4
