Focus on the part that says only NYC and SF have more South Asians than Chicago. Let it marinate.

Chicago has the second-largest Mexican population, after LA. What were you saying about Houston?

"The main ethnic groups in Chicago include African, Irish, German, Italian, Mexican, English, Bulgarian, Greek, Chinese, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Swedish, Ukrainian and Puerto Rican."

Those are the groups of which there are enough people that the groups can be called "main." Think about that.

"Chicago is the center of the Palestinian and Jordanian immigrant communities in the United States."

It's okay to admit it. Let it out. Chicago is more diverse than Los Angeles. It's okay. L.A. makes up for it by having more celebrities

It clearly shows that LA is the more diverse of the three. In fact, Chicago is equal to Houston. While Chicago has more Puerto Ricans, Houston has more Salvadorans.

Also, did you miss the part where I said that most of the "facts" on that list was as of 2000? As of 2000, Chicago shows that it has more Mexicans than Houston. In 2009, I know the Mexican population of Houston alone is pushing 600,000 and is getting ready to outnumber Whites in the city. It will most likely show this in the 2010 census.

BTW, LA has this

and more. ALOT more and while you may have a larger Southern Asian population (which btw that is basically talking about the city ONLY), LA area probably has the largest Southeastern and Eastern Asian population in the US.

Shifting the goal posts won't help Los Angeles win the game. However, I'm sorry to hear that your city has such an illegal immigration problem. I sincerely hope your leadership can patch that up for you. Please do, because ours simply refuses to.

Oh, sorry. Thought you lived in Houston; can't keep the haters straight anymore. I'm going to bed, though. Maryland is an awesome state. Enjoy it while you're there!

Cali24, wasn't that a smart move to hire ex-NYPD Bill Bratton?
He may be controversial but surely gets the job done, doesn't he?

Why do you think that Perry has been priming TEXANS for that issue with his secession talk? I'm worried what those California refugees might do to TEXAS' real estate market when lending picks up again and they start 'investing' and make many Native TEXANS homeless.
