Which is better overall? What city is better in each category? (eg. business, jobs, weather, dating, quality of life etc.) thanks
ps. i know LA is bigger, but is it a LOT bigger or are they fairly comparable?

Disagree. San Francisco is better in all categories, with the exception of politics. Los Angeles actually has Republicans in governance.

People should just stop saying things like "x place is better to live and y place is better to visit."

It's all based on personal opinion anyways, and no one really cares about anyone else's opinion during a debate (facts are better), least of all on the internet.
