By my standards (and age right now) I think that NC and TX are tied at one, FL is two, and LA is three. GA has the Island (my moniker) and Savannah, that's it. If Savannah was large metro then I'd replace it with LA.

Texas is my favorite southern state.

I would like to live in Dallas or Houston

San Antonio and Austin would not be that bad either

Good point, Georgia...it's easier to break down your favorites by region than by state. My favorite is the Low Country...coastal GA and SC.
