Still, way too close for comfort. But, look at this vacant home in Palmer Woods.

I'm sick of San Fransisco being bashed so much. We all know the Bay Area OWNS New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. Every city in America is a garbage dump compared to every city in the Bay Area - even Oakland.

Stop the bashing you insecure haters!!! Don't be dissing my great American city!!

Hm, i'm sure with your 11 posts and membership newer than my underwear you're really sick.

Welcome to C-D. If people don't like a certain city, they'll probably make that clear to you. It's your job to back it up with facts and reasons why you believe it's a great place.

Simply saying "Every city in America is a garbage dump compared to every city in the Bay Area" is childish.

and San Fran has places that smell like urine. EWW!

Who bashes the Bay area the way you just bashed the nation?
If anything, the Bay gets the most love on this site. It's obvious that you're new- Either that or your the one that's way too insecure.

I agree with this. San Francisco is not overly bashed. It is overly praised on here

I see a few people attacking San Francisco EVERY chance they get (maybe they are jealous?) but I agree that alot of other cities get it far worse.

In some cases, it very well could be. You don't think so?

I think people may be jealous certain cities are growing and not their own. It could also deal with maybe their friends and family left to go there as well.

You can apply the "maybe they are jealous" reason to every city that gets bashed.

I think the biggest reason cities get bashed is because people misunderstand them. We are a society that is motivated by our media, and we are influenced by what we see or hear on television or some article on the internet. That's only half of the problem though.
