I like at least part of them all. Even the hillier areas of Fremont and Milpitas are nice and quaint, worlds away from what you'd see on 880. East Palo Alto has some cool older streets. Richmond has ridiculous crime but it has sweet views and a beach. The outer reaches of Livermore are amidst rolling hills and pastures. It takes years of driving around to notice it all, though.
