Miami has a much cleaner and modern look and for the fact a much younger city only 113 years old. Philadelphia is definitely bigger as Miami's population is only a little over 400,000 in a 36 square mile area.

I think Philadelphia has better architecture overall but the size and look of Miami's skyline puts it ahead IMO. Plus I like skylines next to a large body of water like a bay, ocean, or huge lake a lot.

The Delaware River is a large body of water.

Miami... very large downtown/skyline with plenty of scyscrapers, nice palms, beaches etc.

Not large enough, rivers just tend to be too narrow for skylines compared to bays or the ocean imo. They are nice to have going through a downtown area though but I just like larger bodies of water for some reason.
