Lol...so suddenly its about the most desirable of socal against Jersey. You can't have it both ways and change the subject as you see fit. I have great experience with both places and I prefer NJ by 100 miles

By the way the IE is still way above the national average as far as price goes and I bet you wouldn't hesitate to use it to support your argument.

Thats probably true, but the same can be said for SoCal. The difference is that I know both by living in them.

Maybe you should read this article. NYC is the best city.

Here is the sentiment felt by much of the US in recent times..since 911..don't say anything remotely negative about NYC.as a matter of fact.talk and bolster it's status in every media conversation we have because...we must never speak ill of a city that had such a bad event take place within it's city limits. I of course respect the powerful expression of freedom that the Twin Towers and New York personifies (love the US, and I am an army veteran), but I don't subscribe to the ..we are better than every one else, and don't dare to disagree mentality that has resulted since this sad period within American modern history.

Anyway the thread just left the direction from it's intended NJ VS. So Cal..and again we are talking about NYC..Something Iamexican I do know understans though is LA..and California has always just taken crap..accepted for what ever reason..laid back..non confrontational what ever, but more people still to this day prefer the Golden State to anywhere else..maybe not on CD, but in every day life..argue all want..but the only thing stopping most imports is it's COL

It has nothing to do with 9/11.
It's funny how people from a place like SoCal (which believe most desire to live there) will comment like you did. You first state that places in Socal are the most desirable and then are offended when a NYer states that NY is the most desirable. Truth is that not everyone desires either place.
