The TRUTH AND REALITY IS THE MEDIAN HOME SALE IN MIAMI BEACH IS $350,000. THREE DIFFERENT WEBSITES SAY THE SAME DAMN THING.
Well you're wrong, there is no home even at that price. The median SFH sale price in Miami Beach is about 1.5 million, that's removing apartments.

If I'm wrong, give me one home here for 350k in MB, give me a link.

3. Median and Average Sales Prices Continue to Rise.
In 2013, the median sales price for single-family homes in Miami-Dade County was $225,000, an increase of 19.7% compared to 2012 when the median sales price was $188,000. The median sales price for condos rose 19.9% to $175,000 compared to 2012.

In order to afford to purchase the median-priced home in Los Angeles, you'd need to earn $96,513 a year, according to HSH.com, a mortgage information website. The median home price in Los Angeles is $570,500, according to the real estate website, Trulia.com

Give me a link for your thing.

Even so, what would a place like Malibu or Manhattan Beach be with just single family?

Or newport? or Laguna?

It'd be higher than 1.5

Malbu
Newport
Laguna

(just three examples)

are all 1.8 million median home sale price for everything or higher. If it was just single family, I'm guessing they're all over 2 million easy.

They all beat Miami Beach if the 1.5 thing is even true.

But the TRUTH is, Miami Beach is 350,000.

It doesn't matter.

LA IS MORE DESIRABLE NO MATTER WHAT YOU TRY TO DO .

Santa Monica median home sale is 1 million for all housing types. 90,000 population. Tons of condos and apartments. Most of them live miles away from the beach.

Venice Beach is mostly condos. 1.5 million for all housing types. 40,000-50,000 population.

Pacific Palisades 3.4 million for all housing types.

Freddy,

calm down. You're going to have a heart attack. And you're talking about things that are somewhat beyond you.

Don't be hung up on Miami Beach, it's tiny and is largely made up of $150-250k apartments

Nope, I'm just enjoy making you look foolish. I know it hurts to see your beloved city so far behind in desirability.

But that's reality.
