Who is voting for NYC? The girls in NYC outside of Midtown Manhattan are nasty looking. They have no sense of style whatsoever unless you think that Northface and fubu are high style

1. New York
2. New Jersey
I almost went to Duke, and the students jokingly call it the University of New Jersey, and other stuff.
It's in the South, but most students are from the Northeast.
So if he prefers Duke ladies, he prefers ladies from NY/NJ.
A Southern school known for hot Southern ladies would be Vanderbilt, or Ole Miss.
