Boston is a prettier and a lot cleaner looking city than Philadelphia. Watching part of that video ,Boston sorta looks like London,while being on the Charles River somewhat analogous to the Thames.
I've never been to London (hopefully will soon), but I've heard many people say Boston and London look very similar in many ways.
Elton John and Billie Jean King were very good friends in the 70's. Billie Jean King played for the Philadelphia Freedom pro tennis team. He wrote the song for her.

That's not to say, though that Philly doesn't have places that look like this:
boston's skyline is very large, but not tall, on the other hand, I like philly's high skyline and I think that the buildings blend in with the rest of the buildings
Boston for me wins at street level, but Philly wins for skyline as viewed from afar. I especially love all the more recent skyscraper Philly has added which give the skyline a diverse, modern look.
Philly wins. Boston is too short and boxy for my taste :/
