I've never been to London (hopefully will soon), but I've heard many people say Boston and London look very similar in many ways.

boston's skyline is very large, but not tall, on the other hand, I like philly's high skyline and I think that the buildings blend in with the rest of the buildings

Boston for me wins at street level, but Philly wins for skyline as viewed from afar. I especially love all the more recent skyscraper Philly has added which give the skyline a diverse, modern look.
