I post on city data to help people who seek relocation info. If the OP wanted to know "Which city is better for a young single professional?" rest assured Milwaukee would have won EASILY! However, this is not the case and Milwaukee is a poor choice for a family (especially when Louisville is the other option). It is what it is.
You seem to be the only one who doesn't know what's being discussed on this thread. You're correct, the OP did ask which city was better for a family of 3, but he also asked the following:
