I like it, but it seems just a tad bit excessive. Not to mention, how is the public going to go along with this when services are being cut and there is a huge budget shortfall? Oh, and you'll need a NFL team too.

It's all privately finaced and this project is suppose to create 1,000 of jobs and they'll will be looking for a team once the season ends and 7 teams so far are on the list for relocation to this stadium.

Still need a team. I'd say Carolina is an easy target.
