Well they were able to take other cities and fit them right into the song with no problems so yea....The song doesn't specifically fit Miami because if it did then you wouldn't be able to replace Miami with "The Bay" or "LA" because it wouldn't make sense. The song is universal you replace Miami with any city and the song would still make sense.

While true, but Miami is more known for its club and nightlife more than LA or the Bay Area.

That might be true however if you were out in California and you heard the bay version or la version first you would have NO IDEA that song was orginally about Miami.
Personally, I would think Chicago or LA, but thats just me. Even in my opinion those two cities do not sound right or have the same impact that NYC would have.
I can't think of a Chicago rap anthem like the new Jay-Z song for New York. That is one thing I'm jealous of about NYC is they always get songs anthems to their main city. And NYC even have the I love NY shirts.

I actually heard the LA trick song before Miami Trick lol
I just feel the song matches more with MIA than LA though.
The culture is just not the same in the cities you mentioned. You are not going to see "Dominicanos" hangin in the streets of those cities. Philadelphia is the only city that could flow with those lyrics.
You're not going to see that in Philly, either. Not a whole lot of Dominicans in the city. Jersey or Reading, yeah.
