Y'all already know what it is, NYC/Jersey/Philly gets it in, our mainstream has been off it's game but our underground is crazy, battles and freestyles are big here too.
There's good and bad male rappers everywhere (including here) but no area is touching NYC/Jersey/Philly when it comes to the females, we got the illest female rappers, these chicks be on some other ish, I've seen many crush males in battles and on diss tracks. Our female rappers could spank most male and female rappers from other cities.
This is the birthplace of Hip-Hop so it shows love to all cities, I know of many sick underground rappers from all over the country that people in those cities might not even know about.
I'm gonna post some NY/Jerz/Philly videos tomorrow, so y'all want to get y'all areas in because i'm gonna shut it down tomorrow lol

Hampton Roads is not a city.
Its a bit disingenuous to present it as such given the nature of this thread and the fact that this is in the city-vs-city section.
But, if you insist on including the whole region, instead of just the city, add Quan (rapper/singer famous for "Just A Moment" with Nas, Tonedeff (originally from HR, specifically NN), the rest of the Neptunes, Nicole Wray, Danja (producer), BLACKstreet, and a few others I'm forgetting..
But again, they are from various cities within the region of Hampton Roads...
