Even though Orlando is over twice the size of Omaha (2 million vs .9 million), I think the metros and cities have a lot in common.

I also think Omaha has a much denser and historic downtown.

Thoughts?

Orlando (yes, I know it's an older shot of the city, but it hasn't changed that much)

Omaha

Those shots of Omaha's downtown are horrible as far as capturing the actual downtown area.

Also - aren't posting pictures like this for whatever reason terribly against the rules on this site?

Those are the OP's personal photos. He is a professional photographer so it is ok.

I'd have to go with Omaha. Without Disney and Central Florida's weather, Orlando would not even be on the map.

Omaha easily. Better jobs, weather, and neighborhoods.

Omaha for sure....Orlando really has no viable downtown or history...without Disney it would still be.... .

Orlando by a mile, one of the cleanest and most beautiful cities I have ever been in hands down.

As it has been noted, the poster who put the pics up is the actual photographer of the shots. He does Ariel photography for a living (I have verified this).

So while he is valid, just in case anyone else wishes to read over the photo posting guidelines, they are in the room sticky.

One of the most beautiful cities? Really. Things I don't like about Orlando include traffic, crime, sprawl, the trashy people, the weather, job opportunities, etc...

Omaha wins this one easily.

Yes, really. Orlando has a lot of lovely neighborhoods which surround a clean and lively downtown area, and its' lakes give it a lovely setting. Just because you are fond of throwing nasty and mean-spirited generalizations at The City Beautiful doesn't make it so.
Man, what is with you people?
