Places I have seen in person:
eastside of Cleveland and the city of East Cleveland (other parts of the city also)
Richmond VA ((Lots of southern charm but there are many run down looking areas)
Baltimore
Parts of Philly

Video's/etc:
New Orleans (Very decayed and third world looking in some parts)
Detroit

Chicago would probably be the most ghetto.

Keep in mind that Chicago is:

1. The most segregated and racist city in America

2. The murder capital of America

3. Has suffered the greatest population loss in America

I thought that New Orleans had the greatest population loss.

You're a Chicago basher. You've bashed the city in every post you've made, therefore you have no credibility. Assuming you were knowledgeable, you would know Chicago isn't any of those things. Chicago has its bad parts, but most of it is fine.

P.S, claiming to be from Rockford makes it really obvious that you're from White Plaines

Probs East Saint Louis. It's one of those places that is so ghetto and abandonded that it's reverting back to rural land.

Lmaoo that's supposed to be ghetto? It may have lower-income people and some crime but visually it doesn't look ghetto at all
