I searched the forums and couldnt find one like this so here it is. I want to know what you guys think on this one. Some may say that "Ohhh thats not right North Carolina has Charlotte and Raleigh and thats out os South Carolina's league" Well I do want to compare cities but also life, relaxation, quality, people, and everything else so yall tell me which is better North Carolina or South Carolina?
I will put it to you this way, if I had a choice between living in South Carolina, North Carolina or Hell, Michigan; North Carolina would be my last choice of places to live.

Even with the mountains and the coast? You'd be giving up Asheville and Wilmington. Of course, Wilmington is not on Charleston level, so I give you that.
I've lived in both. South Carolina is BY FAR the better state in which to live. More advanced, lower taxes, lower insurance, more individual freedom, the list goes on and on. I'll never move to North Carolina again.

"More advanced"? Now I'm a native SC'er and love my home state, but I can't objectively agree on that one, at least taking the most common metrics into account to assess such.

Is this real life? You can't be serious. Besides Greenville and Charleston, SC is mostly a dump.

...perhaps more advanced in Tea Party politics and Theocracy? If those are the metrics, I'd have to agree.
