Depends on what you mean by best dressed... Some people like preppy, some people like trendy. It seems like most people who have answered so far think of trendy as dressing well. I like preppy, Vineyard Vines and stuff like that. I know VV is from New England, but Oxford Mississippi comes to mind when I think of clothes like that.

Depends on what you consider well dressed...

but in New York and Los Angeles most guys are very metro and dress in a hipster like way. I guess they would be the best dressed.

I also think people in Boston were well dressed.

The fashion in Mississippi is about 30 years outdated

I was talking about Oxford Mississippi, the town where Ole Miss is located. Most of the college kids dress preppy, like Vineyard Vines, Ralph Lauren, Brooks Brothers, stuff like that. I prefer it to trendy stuff, like in GQ. Trendsetters can convince people to wear anything, even if it's ugly.

Anyplace that shorts, t shirts and bikinis abound.

Best dressed is subjective.

The funny thing is I had never even heard of Vineyard Vines until I saw it in a store in Clemson, SC.

Most of the actual stores are in Connecticut, but the only store outside of the South is here in Memphis, that's why it's pretty big here.

My definition of best dressed is where women wear skirts/dresses, heels, and hosiery. My guesses would be ATL, NYC, Chicago, or DC. Internationally, I love the way the women dress here in Japan and the other Asian countries such as S. Korea and Taiwan. I also like how they dress in Paris and Rome, and from what I've seen, Russian women dress sexy as well, and so do the British.

I wear shorts and flip flops, unlike the wrapped mummies in NYC. More like MOST dressed.
