Migration. More people are moving out of the state than there are people moving in. But the number of people being born makes for a net gain for the state.

Okay you say Florida is losing Residents on one list and then gaining on another. Uhhhh which is it for Flroida? its the only state I see on there twice LOL

That is what they had on the list! I guess they are losing and gaining.

I knew they did not count immigration into that study, but I was under the impression that births and deaths were.
