Easily Orange County..especailly Newport Beach..you see Ferraris/Lambos,Rolls as much as you see Volkswagons in other cities. If your an exotic car snob, it would be heaven for you to spend a day or so around Newport Coast. Things like BMW,Land Rover,Lexis are anything but special around coastal OC. That goes for several LA zips as well.
