I had no idea that bridge existed. Thanks for sharing, thats a cool bridge. I think I'm gonna take a little trip over there one of these weekends. Too bad the high speed rail corridor isn't finished yet, so i could just hop on a train and be there in 35 mins instead of 2 hours.

You didn't know about the Sunshine Skyway? It was featured as number 3 on the Travel Channels Top 10 World Bridges.
I never go to that area of Tampa, and I guess I've just never seen it in the media, i don't really watch those shows. But it looks impressive, wikipedia said many car companies use it to film car commercials.

The end of the move "The Punisher" was filmed on it aswell. Its a beautiful bridge, and the scenery is even more so. Next time you are in the area, I would recommend a drive over it.
