It depends on what your into.
Hip-Hop/R&B = Detroit and St. Louis
Jazz and Blues = St. Louis, Detroit, Kansas City, and Cleveland.
Country Western = Omaha and Kansas City.
Rock = Cleveland, Detroit, and Minneapolis.

Personally I think Detroit and St. Louis have the best clubs outside Chicago, but the Detroit club seen is a tad more dangerous than most.
So I voted St. Louis.

I actually would love to know the answer myself, but I haven't been to all Midwest cities for "clubbing". I know Minneapolis' and Columbus' bar scene pretty well, but that's it.

Milwaukee, easily. Only Las Vegas has more bars and restaurants per capita than Milwaukee. Last call is 2:30am on weekends, 2:00am the rest of the week.

You may have made a boo boo with this one. I can think of one country/western club in downtown/old market Omaha and 2 in downtown/P&L District in KC.

Well, it's all over people. It's settled. Nothing to see here anymore. Jacob says it's Milwaukee, then dammit, it's Milwaukee.

I'm sure it has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that he lives there?
