IDK why but I like it that Philly's underrated. It's unknown to a lot of rude travelers and its home sweet home. I'd hate having new neighbors every 3 months who only care about themselves than true Philadelphians who care about their community enough to throw awesome block parties and cool events.
The problem is that it already happened to Brooklyn sadly and is going to happen to Philly. Philadelphia would be 13% Philadelphian and it will be a top 10 expensive city over 100,000 (if it isnt already) in about a decade trust me. On CD's wiki page it says most of the forumers on CD are upperclass so they see Philly as affordable when to the average American and Philadelphian, it's a very expensive city.
I mean 1300 a month for rent on average isn't cheap especially for a city that's growing like philadelphia. It recently surpassed Chicago in COL.

I agree with you on this and this is a concern for me as well. Keep Philly, Philly!
Corporate types please go to NYC, San Francisco or DC LOL.
Newark has been showing signs of life. It no longer deserves to be grouped with hellholes like Camden, Gary, and East St. Louis.
Cincinnati is very underrated. It deserves to receive the same kind of recognition that Pittsburgh has been receiving for being a "turnaround" city.
Long Beach surprised me in a good way. The downtown area was a lot more like San Diego's than LA's. The people were also 100x friendlier than those that I encountered all over LA.
Minneapolis is very underrated as a hipster paradise. Good music scene there.
Tulsa and OKC are underrated because *******s will never acknowledge any conservative cities with strong economies and an even stronger moral fabric.
Rochester is the most underrated city in upstate New York. Their economy is much stronger than Buffalo's. It has better suburbs and a more lively downtown (Buffalo's downtown is only lively during work hours, Sabres games, and **** concerts; you can roll a bowling ball down any of the main streets on most evenings).
