What a useless and subjective list of cities. How can anyone tell what 10 years into the future will hold for any city? For instance, the unemployment rate in SLC is so high right now that it is almost impossible for people to find employment there. I have a relative living there with a degree and he has been looking for employment for the past year without any luck.
Interesting is how many on this list are smaller areas of 300k-1m in metro population as well as a number of state capitals as well.
