I just moved to Charlotte 2 weeks ago and I am looking for work in the residential leasing field. I would also be interested in working for a new homebuilder. I have 4 years of real estate experience from NY (2 years as an onsite leasing consultant).

If anyone knows of a community that is hiring or can offer any advise at all, it would be greatly appreciated.

Leslie, with leasing experience you should do well. Go on google or Indeed.com and look up Leasing Consultants. The properties are always hiring. This is big here and if you speak Spanish all the better. Good luck.
