We are in IMMEDIATE need of a nanny/aide, the right special compassionate and experienced in ABA someone who truly enjoys working with special needs kids to help with my grandson (11). If not you, might you know of someone, or point us in the right direction. After all, someone knows someone that leads to someone, and I trust we will find the perfect someone who will join us in a mutually beneficial way.
Here is an outline of what we need:
Someone with ABA training and/or adequate experience with references
Confidence, a true love and understanding of spectrum kids, flexibility, and an intuitive sense of what is needed to offer structure, safety, and love in any given moment
Ability to pick my grandson (11) up from his school in Lake Forrest, CA 3:30pm - 4pm, bring him home and prompt him through any self-care, homework, and household responsibilities until 6:30pm-7pm at home in Ladera Ranch, CA.
Ability to tutor and help with homework as needed
Provide care on days when his school schedule is different than his mom’s (who works full time), and cover on sick days, minimum days, etc.
Occasionally help with his sister (8)
Occasionally run errands, grocery shop, take sister to her after-school activities, etc.
Who posts such specific information like this? You literally just gave everyone on the internet your grandchilds school, where he lives AND THE PARENTS SCHEDULE as to when they'll be out of the house. WHO DOES THIS?
