Ok, so where in University Circle do you recommend with it being so highly rated in the recent vote?

I suspect single family homes are fairly limited. Perhaps check out Wade Park Ave. and adjacent streets. There may be some gentrification opportunities just to the north in Glenville.

In Glenville? This home is located on Ashbury, which is runs parallel to Wade Park Ave., but one street to the north. Note the Zestimate of $130,000 despite the much higher asking price, perhaps reflecting the restoration of the house (check to make certain any remodeling work was of a quality nature). Also check the price/tax history.

Knez is a good builder, but this property also appears to be in Glenville.

On the south edge of Little Italy:

That's the appeal of Cleveland Hts. neighborhoods adjacent to University Circle.

Hough has surprisingly diverse housing opportunities, especially along Chester Ave., with considerable recent construction, but you're further from University Circle and with some more problematic issues, especially in the short term.
