Man... A 36-foot superman statue, Towpath trail/Canal Basin park, and parking lots being filled with 1200 apartments / 1st floor retail! Can today get any better for Cleveland!?!

The Southworth Building is a small (18 total apartments) but nice filler project on Ontario Street opposite the casino. The fact that people are willing to move in before construction is finished shows how strong the downtown rental market is.
